FAQ – Salla Integration App
- What does this app do?
This application provides an integration between Salla and Odoo ERP, allowing automatic synchronization of products, quantities, orders, customers, shipping companies (to identify which company is assigned to each order’s shipment), and payment methods according to each store’s configuration.
- Do all Salla stores work the same way with Odoo?
No. Each Odoo database is different based on the customer’s modules, settings, and customizations.
Because of that, the integration flow may vary slightly from one customer to another.
- Why does the demo scenario in the app look different from my actual setup?
The demo scenario included in the app is only for approval and testing purposes.
Real behavior depends on your actual Odoo configuration.
The final setup will be adjusted during the onboarding process.
- What should I do after installing the app?
After installation:
Log into your Odoo account
Go to Settings → Store → Salla Integration
Enter your Salla credentials
Start configuring product sync, shipping methods, and payment methods
- Do you provide support for integration issues?
Yes. Our technical team provides full support to help you configure the integration and solve any issues related to synchronization.

- Does this app sync product images, descriptions, and attributes?
No. As agreed, this integration focuses only on quantity updates from Odoo to Salla and order synchronization from Salla into Odoo.
Other fields (images, descriptions, attributes) are not synced.
- What if I have custom modules in my Odoo system?
Custom modules may affect how the integration behaves.
In such cases, our team will guide you on the best approach to ensure compatibility.
- Can I request additional customization?
Yes, additional features or custom flows can be developed based on your business needs.

- How often does the sync run?
Sync frequency depends on your server and configuration.
However, the app supports both manual sync and automated scheduled sync.
